Wellness for Seniors is providing a free platform for seniors that can not meet their goals, alone. We offer a video on demand platform that allows easy access to our many fitness programs. Also, we facilitate live, weekly virtual activity programs.
Fitness & Leisure: Low-impact exercises and body movement programs.
Cognitive Stimulation: Brain tools/exercises & mental health
Social Inclusion: Healthy communication and prevention of social isolation
Emotional Support: A safe outlet to recognize and express your feelings
Spirituality: Self care & the nurturing of your beliefs
These health seminars will be conducted monthly. We will cover a variety of topics pertaining to senior health such as COVID-19 updates in the senior community and common concerns pertaining to aging.
Monthly meeting with participants to discuss their needs, concerns and ideas for their Wellness programs.
